I had a great experience at this hotel. The spacious rooms were beautifully designed and added a touch of luxury to my stay. The service was generally good, with friendly staff, although there were a couple of hiccups during my visit. The location is a bit far from the main strip but it was nice to escape the chaos when I wanted. Dining options were plentiful and delicious, but the dining experience could be improved slightly in terms of variety. Overall, a lovely stay with room for a few improvements.

I booked a room for a last-minute business trip and was disappointed by my experience. The check-in process was confusing and the staff wasn't accommodating about honoring advertised discounts. However, I did get to see that the hotel has nice amenities and a decent location. Overall, it feels a bit like a mixed bag with some potential but lacking in attentiveness.
